site and built only once. Price does not determine whether a home is custom.

Does CHC supply building plans?

CHC will work with you and your team throughout the design process;
however, we do not stock plans as each home is customized for each individual client.

How much is my custom home going to cost?

The cost of a home is determined by a number of factors. The size of the home, the style of
home, features of the home, finishes and finally the home site can all affect the final cost. CHC will be pleased to work with you on conceptual plan review and estimating.

How involved will I need to be in the design and construction of my home?

Many clients choose to be very involved in both the design and construction of their dream home. This decision is left completely up to the client. We realize that you may not be available to be involved in the entire process. At CHC we strive to make the entire home building process as stress-free and enjoyable for you as possible.

Do you also work on remodel projects?

To meet our clients’ ever-changing needs we are happy to complete renovations, remodels and
additions on existing homes, condominiums or townhomes. This can include work on commercial
tenant-finishes.
